According to the official written reply of Zhejiang Provincial State-owned Enterprise Reform Leading Group, Zhejiang Oriental Group Co., Ltd. will consolidate with Zhejiang Zhongda Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Rongda Group Co., Ltd. to form a new state-owned group company with the interim name of Zhejiang Darongfang Group Co., Ltd.. The new company will enter the preparation period.
