Inner Mongolia Jinyu Group Co., Ltd signed a Stock Right Transfer Agreement with all stockholders of Unibio Co., Ltd of Yangzhou on June 3rd 2007, in which it spent RMB22.5 million in cash to acquire 25 million stocks of Unibio, accounting for 83.33% of the registered capital of Unibio.
