As a holding subsidiary company of Super Shine Co., Ltd, Beijing Xingtai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd inked a hotel management agreement with Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited on June 6 2007. According to the agreement, Beijing Xintai will entrust Shagri-la to manage Beijing Upper East Side hotel project.

The floor area of Upper East Side hotel project is planned to be about 33,123 square meters. This hotel will be designed to be an international four-star business hotel of 419 guest rooms.
