On Apr 18 2007, Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery (ZPMC, Stock Code:600320) signed Container Crane Purchasing Protocol with A.P. Moller Group (APM). The protocol is valid for five years (2007-2011). Within the five years to come, all the docks of APM will purchase container cranes from ZPMC. Only within 2007, there will be projects valued not less than USD 250 million. Specific purchasing items in the protocol will be signed with different users for involving many ports.
