Beihai Yinhe Switch Equipment Co., Ltd, the holding subsidiary of Guizhou Changzheng Electric Apparatus Co., Ltd (stock code: 600112), signed Agency and Cooperation Agreement with Switchcraft Ltd and Amalgamated Switchgear CC of South Africa. According to the agreement, Amalgamated Switchgear CC will purchase switches produced by Beihai Yinhe Switch Equipment Co., Ltd and is the only distributor as well as agent of Yinhe in the sub-Sahara African regions (including South Africa, etc 14 countries and regions) and Switchcraft Ltd is the export agent of Yinhe. The valid period of the agreement is five years. Within the five years, Beihai Yinhe Swith Equipment Co., Ltd will provide KKT ring meshwork tanks and KKL ring meshwork tanks totally valuing Euro 34 million (RMB 350 million) for Amalgamated Switchgear CC.
