*ST Ginwa (Stock Code: 600080) plans to, after terminating the agreement on equity transfer with Horwath Asia, inject all the property assets of bell & drum tower square into its wholly-owned subsidiary Xi' an Yixin Property Management Co., Ltd, and then will sell 100% shares of Xi' an Yixin at RMB 200 million to Honson Holdings Ltd under Citigroup. In the meanwhile, Honson Holdings Ltd will succeed Xi ' an Yiyin' s RMB 300-million liabilities.
