Zhejiang Yankon Group Co., Ltd (Stock Code: sh600261) has signed an agreement with India-based V.P.Electromech Private Limited, and both companies agreed to invest respectively 80 million Rupee (around 2 million U.S. dollars) to establish a new joint venture named Energetic Lighting (India) Private Limited (interim name).

The new joint venture will be engaged in the production and sales of compact fluorescent lamps (energy-efficient lamps).
