China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. received the official written of China Securities Regulatory Commission in recent days which agreed China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. to accept the shares of China Power Finance Co.,Ltd., China Huaneng Finance Co.,Ltd., COSCO Finance Co.,Ltd. and China Merchants Securities Co.,Ltd. by 10%, 10%, 10% and 3.4% respectively. After the accomplishment of the above share transference, the shareholder structure of China Merchants Fund Management Co.,Ltd. is as follows: China Merchants Bank holds 33.4% of its total shares, China Merchants Securities Co.,Ltd. holds 33.3% and ING Asset Management B.V. holds 33.3%.
