Abstract: According to the official written reply of Zhejiang Provincial State-owned Enterprise Reform Leading Group, Zhejiang Oriental Group Co.,Ltd. will consolidate with Zhejiang Zhongda Group Co.,Ltd. and Zhejiang Rongda Group Co.,Ltd. to reorganizae the new state-owned group company with the interim name of "Zhejiang Darongfang Group Co.,Ltd." The new company will enter the preparation period.
