Harbin Air Conditioning Co., Ltd and China Power Engineering Consulting (Group)Technology Development Co., Ltd jointly set up a design and manufacturing complex, and signed a contract with Shaanxi Huadian Pucheng Power Generation Co., Ltd regarding the design and purchase of direct air cooling condensers for Phase III project (22×600MW thermal power direct air-cooling units) on April 30, 2007. According to the contract, Harbin Air Conditioning Co., Ltd provides direct air cooling condensers worthy of RMB 215.5154 million. The delivery period will be expired by June 2008.
