HONGKONG and Shanghai Hotels Limited, one of the oldest hotel operators in Asia, announced yesterday the topping-out of The Peninsula Shanghai, its second property on the Chinese mainland.
The 15-story hotel with 235 rooms and suites fronting the Bund, is the company's ninth property around the globe. It is scheduled to open in the second half of next year.
