By prime operating revenue and net profit, China Mobile is the leader among four leading telecom operators, and its revenue equals the total of China Telecom, China Netcom and China Unicom combined and net profits are almost 2 times of the total of above three. China Telecom ranked second and China Unicom is the smallest in scale. Mobile communication services continue to keep a rapid growth; China Mobile GSM subscribers still grow at as high as 22.1%; China Unicom GSM subscribers rose at 11% as well as for CDMA subscribers but also see a fast decline. The market share of China Mobile grows by roughly 1-2% each year.
