CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

The Board of Directors of Shui On Construction and Materials Limited (the “Company”) has declared the payment of an interim dividend of HK$0.25 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2011. The register of members of the Company will be closed from Friday,

30 September 2011 to Tuesday, 4 October 2011, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares will be effected. In order to qualify for the interim dividend, all completed share transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the branch share registrar of the Company in Hong Kong, Tricor Standard Limited, at 26th Floor, Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong not later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, 29 September 2011.
