Shaanxi Aero-space Power Hi-Tech Co. Ltd. is principally engaged in the research, design, manufacture and distribution of hydraulic torque converters and specialty pumps. The Company provides electrical motors, specialty pumps, hydraulic torque converters, intelligent gas meters, electromechanical equipment, automatic control devices, measuring equipment and molds, among others. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had five subsidiaries, which involved in manufacture and distribution of intelligent instrument, industrial pumps and generators, as well as provision of construction services.
