Tangshan Jingyuan Yufeng Electronics Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of piezoelectric quartz crystal components. Under the brand name of JYEG, the Company provides resonators, oscillators and capacitors, including quartz resonators, high steady oscillators, crystal clock oscillators, voltage controlled crystal oscillators, temperature compensated crystal oscillators and oven controlled crystal oscillators, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three subsidiaries and one affiliate, which involved in manufacture and distribution of quartz crystal components and electronic components.
