Beijing Dynamic Power Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of power supply products, high voltage transducers and monitoring systems. The Company provides direct current (DC) power supply products, alternative current (AC) power supply products, uninterrupted power supply products, communication power supply products, emergency power supply products, high voltage transducers, network monitoring products, communication power and environment integrated monitoring systems, as well as electronic air purifiers. The Company also involves in the provision of solutions for communication products. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three wholly owned subsidiaries and one partially owned subsidiary, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of module power supply products, socket connectors and components, as well as batteries.
