Baotou Beifang Chuangye Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in research, development, manufacture and distribution of railway transportation vehicles, vehicle components, large precision mechanical parts and wind power equipment. The Company provides railway transportation vehicles, crankshaft forgings, mechanical parts, automobile springs, wind power equipment and pressure vessels, among others. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four subsidiaries and one affiliate, which involved in mechanical processing, as well as manufacture and distribution of forgings, springs and wind power towers.
