HUASI AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED is principally engaged in the deep processing of specialty breeding animal furs, as well as the design, research, development and production of fur garments and accessories. The Company operates its businesses primarily through the design, production and distribution of fur garments and accessories, the production and distribution of fur sheets and fur fabrics. The Company provides fur sheets, including mink furs, rex rabbit furs and fox furs, among others; fur garments, including one piece fur garments, fur and fabric garments and knitted garments; fur accessories, including scarves, fur collars, hats and bags, among others, as well as fur fabrics. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company obtained approximately 69.53% and 14.67% of its total revenue from fur garments and fur sheets, respectively.
