Hainan Haiyao Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of medicines, including common medicines, as well as new and special medicines. The Company's main products are stomach and intestine medicines, for the treatment of acute and chronic gastroenteritis, ulcerative colitis and irritable bowel syndrome; anti-tumor medicines, including docetaxel injections, for the treatment of ovarian cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer and nasopharyngeal cancer; and antibiotic products, including ceftriaxone sodium, cefoxitin sodium, ceftizoxime sodium, ceftazidinme, cefaclor, amoxicillin and enoxacin, among others. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had six major subsidiaries.
