The Company operates its businesses through wholesaling of pharmaceuticals and others, as well as distribution of proprietary drug products. The Company operates its businesses primarily in Southwest China, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong province and other regions. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had eight subsidiaries, which involved in production, wholesaling and distribution of biological products and pharmaceuticals, planting of Chinese traditional medical materials, as well as property development.
