The Company operates regular chain drug stores, which deal with healthcare products, cosmetics, Chinese patent medicines, western drugs, external general merchandise, medical equipment and family planning products, among others. It deals with cosmetics with brands such as LA ROCHE-POSAY, Avene, Vichy and Freeplus, among others. The Company operates its businesses primarily in East China. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had four subsidiaries, which involved in manufacture and distribution of pharmaceuticals, instruments and cosmetics.
