Shandong Jinling Mining Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of refined ferrous powder, copper powder and cobalt powder, as well as the machine processing and electricity generation. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced 1.29 million tons and sold 1.29 million tons of ferrous powder; produced 1,546 tons and sold 1,611 tons of copper powder, as well as produced 56 tons and sold 55 tons of cobalt powder.
