It is engaged in the in the businesses of trading and manufacturing of automotive components, engines and specialized vehicles in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. It has five segments: manufacture and sale of engines and parts, manufacture and sale of automotive components and accessories, manufacture and sale of specialized vehicles, trading of raw materials, water and power supply services, and others (including property investment, securities dealing and margin finance services). Its subsidiaries include Wuling Industrial, Liuzhou Wuling Liuji Motors Company Limited, Liuzhou Wuling Motors United Development Company Limited, Liuzhou Wuling Specialized Vehicles Manufacturing Company Limited, Hilcrest Limited, Watary Investments Limited, Dragon Hill Financial Services Holdings Limited, Dragon Hill Credit Limited and Dragon Hill Financial Services Limited.
