Honbridge Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. It operates in two segments: mineral resources exploration segment, which involves research and exploration of mineral resources, and silicon products segment, which involves production and sale of silicon products. It offers different product and services in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Brazil. On January 31, 2011, the Company entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Win Gain Investments Limited to sell the entire share capital of Great Ready Assets Limited and its subsidiaries (the Disposal Group). Great Ready Assets Limited and its subsidiaries held the magazine publication of the Company. On March 31, 2011, all conditions precedents to the sale and purchase agreement had been fulfilled and the Company completed the disposal. After the disposal, Honbridge Holdings Limited had disposed of its entire publication business.
