The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the manufacturing, trading and retailing of optical frames and products. It has four geographical segments: Europe, the United States, Asia and other regions. As of December 31, 2009, the Company operated a total of three shops in Shenzhen. The Company's subsidiaries include Allied Power Inc., Able Rich Enterprises Limited, Argent Optical Manufactory Limited, Artland Technology Limited, Arts Optical Company Limited and Eyeconcept Limited.
