Yunnan Luoping Zinc and Electricity Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the exploitation of non-ferrous metals, such as lead and zinc, the smelting of zinc, as well as the generation of electricity. The Company's major offerings are zinc ingots, zinc powder, cadmium ingots, zinc oxide, germanium concentrate and lead concentrate. The Company operates its businesses mainly in the domestic market. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company produced 80,888 metric tons of zinc ingots, 188 metric tons of cadmium ingots, 652 kilograms of germanium concentrate and 2,408 metric tons of zinc powder. In 2009, the Company generated 148.31 million kilowatt-hours of electricity.
