How do Chinese automotive companies drive and manage innovation? Is innovation being driven by corporate research, by cooperative programs with other OEMs or suppliers, with integrated programs for rapid implementation and/or proof testing of innovative new technology and concepts? How is technical advancement and innovation in China tracked in companies, in the automotive industry, and across the scientific community? What development policies are currently being pursued by the Chinese Govt. and what are their implications for the Chinese Automotive industry?
