The key concept behind Home Fashion & Design is the core ideal that the organizers hold the exhibition to the highest standard, by hand-choosing the brands, designers and products that will be featured. Quality and freshness of design are the key points, emphasized through a meticulous process of approval. Unique designs that showcase this year's trends and fashions take the forefront, as all of the featured brands have a true focus on design and personality. With increasing attention paid to home spaces and living in the last few years, the show creates a total fashion and design experience for the visitors. Besides the showcase of top brands, Home Fashion & Design Shanghai 2007 will also feature a carefully selected group of less well-known brands as well as up-and-coming designers. These special newcomers will be carefully integrated into the exhibition to highlight the theme, NoWhere NoDesign .

Home Fashion & Design Shanghai is a trade fair of high-class furniture and furnishing products as well. The top brand and freshness design brand has been put together, it is a good opportunity for interior designer, project developer, hotel buyer and villa owner to make a one-stop purchase.

Home Fashion & Design Shanghai 2006 was an enormous success. There were over 7,500 designers, direct consumers, project developers and other visitors, including 222 foreign customers from 39 countries. From the organizer's survey, many visitors expressed a wish that there were more than one show every year, now HDE 2007 will be take place twice this year. The first show will be April 4-7, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, and the second will be November 29-December 2 at the Shanghai Exhibition Center.
