The newly rise of land use for construction will lead housing price hike in a certain extent; it will increase around 10 percent in city like Beijing.

Recently China officially issues new policy on land use for construction which stipulates that the charge standard of land use for construction will double as of next year.

Though an official with State land resource indicates the rising standard will have no influence on housing price, industry insiders have totally different views.
