China's largest private-run hospitality group, New Century Tourism Group, is in talks with private equity investors to bring in an investment of more than US$200 million, Chairman Chen Miaolin said.

The Hangzhou-based hotel owner and manager also aims to raise more than HK$2 billion in a Hong Kong initial public offering in 2008 or 2009, Chen told Reuters on the sidelines of an investment forum.
