The unfair of housing is hard to change and the economic housing system is wrong, released by Chinese economist Mao Yushi on the status qua of China's housing market facing hundreds of property developers.

According to Mao, debate on property industry always implicates a kind of requirement for fair. It seems not hopeful for the achievement of totally fair, more and more fairness should be expected slowly. Therefore, Mao claims that the government should offer help to most needed people in housing.
