GREE Electric Appliances Inc, China's largest maker of home air-conditioners, said 2006 revenue may exceed 23.7 billion yuan (US$3.1 billion), up from 18.2 billion yuan the year before, as the company expanded overseas sales and domestic market share. 　

The Zhuhai, Guangdong-based company, which competes with Qingdao Haier Co and General Electric Co in a consolidating market, made 13 million air-conditioners last year, two million more than the previous year, President Dong Mingzhu said.
