Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited opened its Zhongguancun sub-branch in Beijing on 3 August 2007，its first in the capital city

The new sub-brannch in Zhongguancun offers wide range of yuan and foreign currency services such as deposits, loans, consultation services and so on.

Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited was established in May, 2007, it has seven branches and eleven sub-branches on the Chinese mainland, mainly located in Shanghai and Guangzhou .

The president of Hang Seng Bank (China), Fu Zhijing said, "Zhongguancun in north-west Beijing is a centralised place for many high-tech enterprises. Zhongguancun sub-branch is the base for the bank from which to open more outlets in Beijing."
