Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation and Jintaixing Hotel Management Company Limited have signed a full management contract for Jinling Hotel Kunshan, which is scheduled to open in 2009.

Hu Ming, board chairman of Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation, and Hou Feng, president of Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation attended the signing ceremony held in Jinling Hotel Nanjing.

Jinling Hotel Kunshan is located at the international business plaza of Taiwan Compatriot Investment Enterprises Association of Kunshan, near the Kunshan International Conference and Exhibition Center. This hotel will be built according to international five-star standards. It has more than 300 guestrooms, a 1000-square-meter ballroom, Chinese and Western restaurants as well as well-appointed entertainment facilities.

Located on Yangtze River delta, Kunshan is a new important industry and business city belonging to Shanghai's economic circle.
