GERMANY'S BASF yesterday opened a concrete admixture plant in eastern China to support the fast-growing local infrastructure construction sector. The factory in Zibo, Shandong Province, will also enhance logistic capabilities to benefit customers. BASF didn't disclose investment figures or production capacity.
