Recently heparin products produced by Baxter International Inc. were linked to allergic reactions and deaths in the USA. Because a Chinese manufacturer provide the raw material to Baxter and other ingredient was found in the material, Chinese heparin was suspected to have connection with the adverse reactions. So the export of China-made heparin was affected badly and 4 major Chinese enterprises was affected, of which certain enterprises had stopped the export of heparin to Europe and USA in this period.
