Fang Zhonghua, vice president of China-based PC brand Founder has recently confirmed that the company is currently in negotiations with Apple for distributing the iPad in China, according to a Chinese-language Tencent (qq.com) report.

Founder is already developing applications for Apple's iPad and is also providing its Chinese e-books to iPad users, the paper noted

Founder is one of the four major distributors of Apple products in China, the paper added.
