3CEMS Group has revealed plans to list its shares on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) in 2013, when the company expects its consolidated revenues to top US$1 billion.
3CEMS is a China-based affiliate of First International Computer (FIC), specializing in PCB manufacturing and assembly. It currently runs three PCB manufacturing plants and two EMS plants in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
3CEMS was quoted in previous reports saying it expects to generate consolidated revenues of US$600 million in 2010, compared to US$380-390 million posted annually over the previous three years.
In other news, a fire broke out at one of 3CEMS's PCB plants on August 16. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and no injuries have been reported.
Orders previously processed at the fire-hit facility have been transferred to 3CEMS' two other plants, and therefore its shipment schedule will not be affected, according to FIC.
