NINGBO in Zhejiang Province will host China's largest food expo from today till next Monday. More than 2,000 domestic and overseas food providers and catering device makers will display their products during fair's four days. The value of contracts is expected to exceed last year's 8.4 billion yuan (US$1.25 billion), organizers said.
