POWER system company Rolls-Royce has signed a collaboration agreement with Shanghai Bestway Marine Engineering Design Co Ltd

The two companies will work on developing innovative and environmentally friendly marine designs and will customize existing vessel designs to better suit the requirements of the market.

The two companies also plan to develop new products to cater to environmentally friendly ships including the use of liquefied natural gas.

Shanghai Bestway is a privately- held shipbuilder and was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market in September last year.
