SHANGHAI Rural Commercial Bank said yesterday it entered into a partnership with online payment companies including Alipay, Tenpay and 99Bill, to build an online platform to provide financial services for rural customers.

The lender will issue co-branded credit cards with its collaborators as well as provide online payment and online transfer system for rural small business owners.

Alipay, Tenpay and 99Bill will also provide value-added services to better serve clients.
