Taiwan's November 2010 consumer price index (CPI) of 106.68 (2006 as base year) rose 0.21% on month and 1.53% on year, while the corresponding wholesale price index (WPI) of 107.75% decreased 0.04% on month but increased 2.43% on year, according to statistics released by the Directorate-General Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS) on December 6.

For January-November 2010, the average CPI and WPI rose 0.94% and 5.76% respectively on year, DGBAS indicated.
