Walton Advanced Engineering and Formosa Advanced Technologies (FATC) have both reported sequential revenue growth for November 2010, while sales for Powertech Technology (PTI) stayed flat compared to October.

PTI said rising orders for mobile DRAM chips helped offset a slowdown in demand for standard DRAM products. Japan's Elpida Memory is among PTI's major DRAM clients.

PTI generated consolidated revenues of NT$3.35 billion (US$111 million) in November, up 0.03% from the previous monthly record set in October. Cumulative consolidated revenues for the first 11 months of 2010 reached NT$34.48 billion, up 27.8% from the year-earlier period.

Fellow memory-IC packaging and testing firm Walton collected NT$782 million in November consolidated revenues, showing 5% growth from the previous month. Consolidated revenues from January through November grew almost 10% on year to NT$8.21 billion.

Elpida, Winbond Electronics, Powerchip Technology and Nanya Technology are reportedly Walton's top-four customers.

FATC, which mainly provides backend services for Nanya and Inotera Memories, saw November revenues rise 9.7% on month to NT$1.06 billion. Revenues for the first 11 months of 2010 amounted to NT$10.64 billion, up 32.7% from a year ago.
