DelSolar has signed a one-year contract to supply PV modules to a leading renewable energy company in Europe in 2011, according to the Taiwan-based solar cell maker.
The renewable energy company belongs to a large utility group in Europe, which is an integrated player that produces, distributes and sells electricity and gas, DelSolar said.
The contract between DelSolar and the renewable energy company includes supply terms for product quantities and prices. DelSolar noted it has committed to providing at least 30MWp of solar modules.
DelSolar collected NT$8.96 billion (US$297 million) in revenues from January through November 2010, up 131.2% from the same period of 2009.
