RICHTER Gedeon Nyrt, Hungary's largest drug maker, has established a joint venture with its Chinese marketing partner Rxmidas Pharmaceuticals Inc with an eye on the domestic pharmaceutical market.

The venture will focus on female health-care products in the over-the-counter market. The new firm, GRmidas Pharmaceuticals Ltd, opened last Friday in Shanghai.
