PCB maker Gold Circuit Electronics (GCE) plans to ramp up its production capacity for HDI boards from 200,000 square feet a month currently to 350,000 square feet in the first quarter of 2011, and to 500,000 square feet by the end 2011, according to an Chinese-language Commercial Times report.
In other news, GCE posted a loss of NT$22 million (US$731,870), or NT$0.04 per share, in November 2010, compared to net income of NT$100 million, and EPS of NT$0.18, recorded in the first three quarters of 2010, the paper indicated.
