The Taipei Computer Association (TCA), after holding its board meeting on December 15, has re-elected Acer chairman JT Wang as the association's thirteenth chairman. The TCA executive election is held every three years.
The board of TCA this term will have 27 directors and nine supervisors, most of them executives of Taiwan-based IT companies such as High Tech Computer (HTC) CEO Peter Chou, MediaTek chairman Tsai Ming-Kai, Pegatron Technology chairman TH Tung, Asustek Computer vice chairman Jonathan Tseng, Delta Electronics CEO Yancey Hai, eMemory Technology chairman Charles Hsu and Soft-World International chairman Chin-pou Wang.
At the meeting, Silicon Integrated System (SiS) chairman John Hsuan was elected as the convener of the supervisory group.
