Cal-Comp Electronics, a Thailand-based EMS provider belonging to the Taiwan-based Compal-Kinpo Group, recorded consolidated revenues of NT$120.868 billion (US$3.78 billion) for 2010 and expects its 2011 consolidated revenues to increase by 10-15% from 2010 mainly due to growing OEM production of hard disk drive PCBs and external HDDs, according to the company.

Of Cal-Comp's 2010 consolidated revenues, 80% came from OEM production of HDD PCBs, external HDDs, inkjet printers and multi-functional peripherals, and 20% from OEM production of digital TV set-top boxes, handsets and Bluetooth headphones, the company indicated.

HDD PCBs and external HDDs began to become Cal-Comp's mainstream product lines in 2010, with Western Digital, Seagate Technology and Hitachi Global Storage Technologies main OEM clients, Cal-Comp indicated.
