Flexible PCB maker Flexium Interconnect saw its net profits soar 46.11% to NT$576 million (US$19.5 million) on consolidated revenues of NT$4.55 billion in 2010. The earnings translated into an EPS of NT$4.06 for 2010. However, gross margin went down 2.59 percentage points to 22.37% in 2010, according to company data.

Flexium plans to deal out a dividend of NT$2.50, including NT$2 in cash and NT$0.50 in shares, for 2010. The planned annual dividends will be the highest for a given year so far.
