GaAs IC foundry Win Semiconductors announced that 2010 consolidated revenues rose 45% from 2009 to NT$7.059 billion (US$238.7 million), a new record. The company's first-quarter revenues are expected to increase 10% sequentially thanks to strong demand from the smartphone power amplifier (PA) market, according to analysts.
